Our school servers are refreshed at intervals to ensure that we, as a Department of Education school, can continue to operate safely and effectively as the majority of our functions and services are online. This server refresh process takes 2 days to complete.
Our communications and operations will be impacted by this server refresh on Monday 14 March and Tuesday 15 March (next week – week 7).
The impact will be that on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 March:
We will be taking a Manual Class Roll (paper and pen) in each period and this will not be entered into the electronic record until the server is refreshed.
- There will not be an electronic SMS absence notification sent from the school on these days.
- Phones for incoming calls will be diverted to on-site mobile phones.
- Parents can still SMS 0400 207 306 absences and other attendance communications, especially those linked to COVID Positive or Self-Isolation information.
