Student Executive
The Student Executive is a dynamic group of students from all year levels who work together to represent the student body, drive positive change, and contribute to key school events. Their efforts are guided by the school’s core values of responsibility, respect, and kindness, which they strive to embody in everything they do.
Student Executive members play a vital role in amplifying student voices and fostering a sense of community. As described by members Millie Sommerville and Ruby Jarvis, the group acts as “the voices of the students,” actively participating in school events and leading fundraising initiatives that promote awareness and support for important causes.
Weekly meetings are held every Tuesday during lunch, where members plan upcoming activities and discuss student concerns. They also attend year group assemblies to share updates and encourage student involvement.
The Student Executive is instrumental in organising events such as Kate Riely Day and R U OK? Day, which not only raise awareness around significant social issues but also generate funds to support families and advocacy efforts.
These initiatives are made possible through the collaboration of the Student Executive, School Captains, and dedicated staff members, including Mr Williamson and Mrs Mann.
