Specialist Program Applications
Applications for Australind Senior High School’s Specialist Programs have closed for 2027 enrolment.
Our specialist programs provide opportunities for students with particular interests and strengths to extend their learning in a supportive and challenging environment.
They include:
- Mathematics and Philosophy (MaP) Academic Program
- Specialist Jazz Music Program
- Excel Sport and Leadership Program
2026 applications closing dates for specialist programs:
- MaP Academic – closed 18 May 2026
- Jazz Music – closed 22 June 2026 for first round offers
- EXCEL Sport and Leadership – closed 1 May 2026

Student Enrolment Process
Australind Senior High School is a Department of Education local intake school. Priority for enrolment is given to students who live within the school’s intake area. Please refer to the Local Intake Map to confirm eligibility.
Families who live outside the intake area may still submit an Application for Enrolment, which will be considered by the Principal, however, a place cannot be guaranteed.
Students applying for the MaP or Jazz Specialist Programs may apply from outside the local intake area.
Below is a step-by-step guide to enrolling your child at Australind Senior High School.
If you require interpretation services to assist you enroling your child, please go to Interpreting and Translation Services Support website for further information or contact the school.
Step 1 – Complete the Enrolment Application:
Step 2 – Attach supporting documentation:
- Birth certificate
- Current Immunisation records
- Proof of address – electricity bill displaying your current address
- Passport and visa / citizenship papers (if applicable)
- Latest Report / NAPLAN (for entering Years 9-12)
Applications will not be accepted unless all relevant documents are provided.
Step 3 – Submit all documentation to Administration:
Supporting documentation can be submitted in person or via email with the completed Application for Enrolment Form.
