Canteen & Ordering

Our Canteen is an important part of our school community, providing students with healthy food options and a friendly place to purchase their meals each day. We value the partnership between parents, staff and students that helps the Canteen run smoothly. Daily specials are advertised on the school website and through Canteen notices, and both EFTPOS and cash are accepted.

Our staff

The Canteen is led by Nicolie Briggs, who manages day to day operations and supports students and families with Canteen enquiries. Nicolie is assisted by two Canteen staff who help with the preparation and service of food throughout the day. Nicolie can be contacted on 9797 4453.

Volunteering

We warmly welcome parent and caregiver volunteers in the Canteen. If you would like to assist, please contact Nicolie on 9797 4453.

Volunteers are required to hold:

  • a current Working with Children Check
  • an Education Department Police Clearance

Online ordering

To support busy families, our school uses QuickCliq, an online system that allows parents to order lunches up to two weeks in advance. Orders close at 8.40am each morning, and students can collect Lunch 1 and Lunch 2 orders through two express lanes at the Canteen.

Families can record their child’s allergies or other health information in QuickCliq to help staff prepare orders safely.

All payments are processed through a secure gateway, and there are no additional charges for families.

How to register

To create a QuickCliq account:

  • Visit www.quickcliq.com.au
  • Select Sign Up
  • Enter your:
    • email address
    • password
    • name
    • mobile number (required)
    • suburb and postcode
  • Select our school and enter your child’s name
  • Add credit to your account

To place an order:

  • Select your order date
  • Choose the menu items
  • Confirm your order

Changing or cancelling orders

If your child is unwell and you have already placed an order, you can cancel it through QuickCliq before 8.40am and your account will be credited.

For cancellations after 8.40am, please contact Nicolie on 9797 4453 to discuss alternative arrangements.

If your child becomes unwell during the morning and needs to go home, please let the Canteen know before leaving so the order can be cancelled or moved to another day.
