Languages

Learning a language helps children ‘learn to learn’. Through the study of modern languages our students continue their path to becoming global citizens. Japanese and French have been an important part of the Australind SHS curriculum and over time international partnerships have helped enrich the language program. Classroom learning is supported by a range of cultural tours, exchanges and hosting opportunities. One of the highlights of studying a language are the international opportunities that can emerge from this interest and experience.
